Jennifer Etchison

Not only does Jennifer Etchison make delectable desserts for ONE of Atlanta's best restaurants, but now she also prepares pastries for TWO of a kind. As pastry chef for both locations, her scrumptious creations have all of Midtown covered in confections.

The Johnson and Wales Summa Cum Laude graduate started her culinary career by apprenticing at a private dinner club after high school for two years. During this period, her affection for restaurants grew and so did her desire to learn. While attending school, Etchison also worked with Chef Donald Barickman at Magnolia’s restaurant.

Upon graduating, she apprenticed under Chef Kirk Parks of NAVA for one year. Etchison then remained in the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group by attaining the position of pasty chef at Pricci where she stayed for six years.

Her work has not gone unnoticed in the Atlanta area by any means. Recently inducted into the esteemed Les Dames d' Escoffier, Etchison's talent always precedes her. She was also awarded "Best of Show" in the BBC Sandwich Contest for Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles. Additionally, Etchison was acclaimed in the "Top 10 Chocolate Desserts 2002" for Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles and most recently received "Favorite Cheesecakes" from Atlanta Magazine 2003.

The extraordinary culinary team at TWO. urban licks will have all of Atlanta talking. The "Fiery American Cooking" is sure to only be matched by Etchison's edibles, down to the last bite.
