WHEN:
Lobby at TWELVE opened on December 7, 2005

WHO:
Novare Group, a private real estate development company, has partnered with Concentrics Restaurants of Atlanta, a full-service restaurant consulting and management company, to develop and run Lobby at TWELVE. Concentrics is known for its award-winning restaurants in Atlanta and Orlando, including ONE. midtown kitchen, TWO urban licks, TROIS, TAP, PARISH: Foods & Goods, Murphy’s, Lobby at TWELVE, Room at TWELVE, STATS, LUMA on Park and the restaurants at theWit Hotel, slated to open May 2009 in Chicago.         

HOURS:

Dinner
Sunday: 5:30 – 10 p.m.
Monday through Thursday: 5:30 to 11 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 5:30 p.m. to Midnight

Lunch
Monday through Friday : 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Breakfast
Monday through Friday: 6:30 – 10 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 – noon

Bar remains open for one hour after kitchen closes.

CUISINE:
Lobby offers a seasonally-driven modern American menu with a comfort food edge. The diverse menu caters to guests with a variety of flavor and dining preferences, from elaborate multi-course meals with wine pairings to small plates and a cocktail. The versatile menu allows guests to order lunch items freely at dinner or vice versa. A wood-burning grill and pizza oven adds even more diversity to the flavors offered at Lobby.

Lobby also offers an unparalleled wine program with bottles to match every taste.

Starters:
> Chicken and Watercress Soup, mini matzo balls, truffle oil
> Herb Gnocchi with lobster, crayfish, peas, asparagus and fennel
> Fried Clams with ginger, haricots verts, Fresno peppers, lemon emulsion
Pizzas:
> Pine Nut Pesto and Goat Cheese with Roma tomatoes, black olives
> Italian Sausage and Feta Cheese with pickled banana peppers, basil
Entrees:
> Sautéed Salmon with snap peas, almonds, brown butter
> Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Brussels sprout leaves, bacon, garlic-rosemary jus
> Seared Sea Scallops with leek fondue, lobster sauce

DESIGNER:
ASD, the award-winning architectural and design firm behind piebar, Toast and Halo Lounge, is the designer of Lobby at TWELVE®.

DÉCOR:
The floating bar is Lobby’s signature element, which is visible as guests enter the hotel. Dividing the 5,000-square-foot restaurant into two intimate dining rooms is an open kitchen, strategically placed in the center to create a semi-private dining area. A dining area at the bar surrounding the kitchen will enable guests to watch the action unfold as the chefs whip up the masterfully-crafted dishes. Warm, inviting décor gives Lobby a casual and alluring atmosphere.

DETAILS:
Lobby serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to providing room service for hotel guests.
