Room at TWELVE Centennial Park BIOs Bob Amick, Owner and Founder: Concentrics Restaurants Todd Rushing, Partner Kristian Bludau, Chef Concentrics, Development Partner Kristian D. Bludau Chef de Cuisine Chef de Cuisine Kristian Bludau brings years of experience and passion for the restaurant industry to Downtown Atlanta’s modern American steakhouse, Room at TWELVE®, where he has incorporated his fresh and creative approach since October 2010. Prior to joining Room at TWELVE®, Bludau became acquainted with the unique atmosphere of a hotel restaurant as the Banquets Garde Manager Sous Chef at Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando, Florida. He also previously served as Sous Chef at the Peabody Hotel in Orlando, Florida, as well as Sous Chef at La Torreta Del Lago Resort and Spa in Montgomery, Texas. Bludau joined the Concentrics team in early 2009 as Sous Chef at STATS, and later moved to TWO urban licks, where he worked alongside the kitchen team as Sous Chef, before moving on to Chef de Cuisine for ROOM at TWELVE.
