ONE. midtown kitchen wants Atlantans to Make Sunday a ONE Day
ONE. offers $25, chef-selected prix fixe menu on Sundays

Atlanta, Ga (June 1, 2007) - ONE. midtown kitchen is doing its part to ensure that Sunday remains a day of rest. The restaurant has taken all of the guess work out of the Sunday dining experience by streamlining its menu into one dinner option. Weekends just got easier!

Beginning Sunday, June 3, ONE. midtown kitchen will offer a chef-selected, prix fixe menu every Sunday.  For $25, guests can enjoy a three-course menu specially designed by executive chef and culinary artist Tom Harvey.   The first course offers a choice of Spring Vegetable Soup, Baby Greens Salad, Caesar Salad, Chicken Liver Pate, House Smoked Salmon, or Goat Cheese Plate.  Next in line, the second course offers a choice of Steak Frites, Jalapeño Honey Glazed Duck, Salmon with toasted couscous, Wood Roasted Chicken, a Wood Oven Pizza, or a Wood Grilled Burger.  Top it all off with the sweet finale; a choice of any dessert from the elaborate dessert menu at ONE.  No one should miss this affordable evening at midtown’s thriving hotspot!
